# Ductile AI

> You describe the job. Agents do it. Say what you want done, typed or spoken, and a

Ductile AI is for businesses that have more work than people and cannot hire fast
enough. It does the everyday jobs nobody has time for: the ones where the same
numbers get typed into three places, where month-end takes a week because nothing
matches, where a request made in March is still not done in September.

## How it works

- **Say it.** Type it or speak it, the way you would tell a colleague. No canvas to
  fill in, nothing to learn first.
- **Read the plan.** Every step named, in order and in plain words, so you can see
  exactly what will happen before anything happens. Change a step, or do not look.
- **Watch it on sample data.** It does the job with nothing real connected, so it
  earns trust before a single password changes hands.
- **Approve it.** From then on it runs every day, does the same thing every time, and
  reports what it did.

## Two kinds of people

Most people never open it: they wanted something done, and it got done — the
spreadsheet is there, the message is in their channel, and that is the whole
experience. Some people want to look, and they read every step, change one and try it
again. Looking is optional here rather than compulsory, which is the difference
between a tool you have to learn and one that simply works.
